Restore Medical is a Mixed Billing Practice.

All FIRST VISITS ARE PRIVATE BILLED AT $190

LEVEL B   ITEM 23 (≈15mins)

$115     Rebate $45.05

LEVEL C   ITEM 36 (≈25 mins)     

 $190       Rebate $87.10

LEVEL D ITEM 44 (≈40 mins)     

$280   Rebate $128.35

Procedures will have an out of pocket Booking fee. $90.00

Histology specimen fees are payable at time of Removal of Sutures.

(Medicare rebates lodged on the day).

Most Cosmetic laser Treatments do not attract Medicare Rebates and are billed Private.

SAVINGS CARDS IS PREFERRED METHOD OF PAYMENT

SO YOU CAN RECEIVE YOUR REBATE WITHIN 48 HRS.

Late cancellation fees apply with in 6Hrs of your appointment and Failure to attend your appt will result in $80 fee payable before seeing the Dr. All consults that incur a fee are required to be paid on the day of the service. If you fail to pay on the day of service an additional accounting fee of $20.00 may be added to your account.
